Questions

The honest answers.

Will it upset my customers?
No — chases are polite by default, written in your tone, and sent on the cadence you set. It's the same friendly nudge a good credit controller sends; anything firmer only goes out on your say-so.
What if they reply with a dispute?
The chase sequence stops immediately. The dispute comes to you with the thread summarised and a reply drafted — nothing else is sent until you've resolved it.
When does it escalate to me?
On your rules — a payer past a set number of chases, a large balance slipping, or any reply that isn't "payment's on its way". Escalation is always your decision, never automatic.
Where does it get invoice data?
From your existing accounting system — the same invoices and due dates you already raise. No re-keying, no separate ledger to maintain.
