Samuel James Group ("we", "us") keeps this simple. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Application form. When you apply, we collect the details you submit (name, email, phone, business name, website, industry, revenue band and the answers about your business) so we can review your application and contact you.
• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful. It does not track you across other sites or build a profile of you, and it does not set advertising cookies.

How we use it

Only to respond to your application, run our service for you if you become a client, and improve the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up with you, and client data for the duration of our work together plus any period required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email sammychong@samueljamesgroup.com and we'll sort it.
